By using our site, purchasing products, subscribing to memberships, or acquiring a token, you agree to these conditions.
Pricing and Payment: All prices include VAT. Payment methods include online card payment, bank transfer, and in-person at our shop/bar.
Delivery: Deliveries are made within the Czech Republic and selected EU countries. Shipping times vary based on location.
Cancellations and Refunds: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. Refunds are processed within 14 days after returned goods are received.
Jurisdiction: Czech law applies. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Prague.

Benefits must be redeemed in person at our designated locations.
Refunds are only possible within 7 days of purchase if unused.
Misuse may result in cancellation without refund.
5. VIN Token Terms
The VIN Token is a utility token granting perks such as vouchers, tastings, and discounts over a 24-month period.
Price: €30 per token
Validity: September 2025 to August 2027
Non-transferable, KYC required, 1 token per person
Perks: 3 × €5 vouchers, 4 tastings, 10% off retail, 15% off bar
Tokens expire on Sept 30, 2027 with no buyback obligation
Redemption is manual, via QR code, wallet ID or physical card. Staff validate and update perks usage in our system.
6. Return & Complaints Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.

Digital goods (e.g. tokens) are non-refundable after activation.
